After verifying your email and logging into our Partner Portal, follow these five simple steps to leverage the power of DataStream's collaborative application.

Initiate the cyber insurance application process by referring your client to DataStream via our Partner Portal by clicking the “New Referral” button and entering some basic information. Alternatively, a client may invite you to an application they’ve already started, which appear under “My Client Applications”.
Step 2: MSP/MSSP and Client Collaboratively Complete Application
Work collaboratively with your clients on a secure, shared application that grants you co-ownership of the application, allowing you to verify and confirm the cybersecurity solutions already in place for their business.
Step 3: Gap Analysis
Based on the information provided in the application, our platform highlights gaps where additional cybersecurity solutions or improvements are needed.
Step 4: Implement MSP/MSSP Solutions
Clients can easily share an overview of their cyber posture gaps with you. You'll receive a clear list of questions that require attention, allowing you to recommend and implement tailored products and solutions. Stay proactive in enhancing their cybersecurity.

These questions tend to take an MSP around 10 minutes to complete. We also allow you to import answers from other clients - this is especially useful if your clients have a similar cyber posture.
We will also make optional recommendations for upgrades to encourage your client to reduce their cyber risk, implement more technologies from your cyber stack and potentially gain from cheaper premiums.
